I'm wondering how they calculate points. I watched Heartland season 13 finale and 3 movies yesterday but received an email saying I had 1 point. Is there a place to check your points?
I’m not sure but we shall see tomorrow if it calculates correctly because I watched 4 episodes of heartland so far today.
I watched the season finale of Hearland. I have also watched 7 movies and have received 0 points since this started.
Well yesterday at noon it showed 6 points, I watched 3 after getting the email and I watched I know 4 more heartland episodes late last night and today at 1:30 pm it still shows only 6 points. Quite a disappointment that this isn’t going like it was advertised.
This is really disappointing.
I totally agree!
Yes I earned at least 11 points yesterday and my points only went up 7. As far as I can count I’ve been shorted 7-10 points so far.
Well every email I have gotten since 4/17 say’s I have 6 points and I have watched 3 or 5 a day including Friday. It’s not about winning at this point but I just don’t understand why they run this contest if they aren’t going to do it fairly. Very disappointing!
Is there a way to find out how we earned our points. I've watched movies (4 one day) and 4 episodes of a sho, all found under the stream a thon. One email i received 2 points, next was 5 points and then i get another telling me that i only have 3 points as of the email. Im so confused.
Well I know I’ve been watching 4 or more a day since Friday and all the emails I receive all day 6 points so I am very upset about something coming from a Faith & Family oriented company. It doesn’t seem very honest to me. Especially since I subscribed for a whole year right before the stream a thon started. I thought this company soybean different I guess.
Didn’t mean to say “would be” instead of “soybean” but couldn’t edit original post. Just another irritation with this.
