Hello @amberolson4058, As you know Heartland is a huge hit with audiences globally!! UP Faith & Family is the ONLY streaming service that can bring you new seasons of Heartland first. In order to get Season 10 on the service sooner, we can only release one episode at a time. Check back each week for another episode. It's an amazing season! Enjoy!

@Courtney Thanks for inquiring! Season 11 episodes are only available on UP (the tv channel) Wednesdays at 8pm ET. Season 11 will be on UP Faith & Family later this year!

Does later this year include Up on ruku?

Why can I not get Hartland season 11 on Up family and faith with my Roku TV

I can't find Season 11 anywhere. I tried my Amazon UP TV channel, the streaming app on my phone, and the website. The dropdown only goes to Season 10. I find the UP TV digital strategy very fractured and extremely difficult to follow. For instance, the near impossible job of finding this forum OR any method to contact the management of UP TV.

Is the Amazon subscription to UP ($4.99) the equivalent of the streaming app subscription ($5.99)? I find it very frustrating trying to figure out how UP TV works across all of the available venues.

Amazon offers the same content as our app. Our hope is that if customers already have Amazon Prime, they are able to access our content in an easy way. There are some episodes of Heartland that have appeared on their service sooner than directed and we are working to resolve the issue.

You need to find the subscription on Amazon. If you go to the Amazon Video section and then search for "Heartland Season 10", you will see a yellow box to watch Heartland with an UP subscription (7 day trial at first).

Apparently Season 11 isn't going to be available for a while so I would binge watch Season 10 on the 7-day trial, then cancel your subscription and use the rest of the trial period to watch Season 11 when it comes out.

I am finding quite the opposite. UP TV seems to be fragmented all over the Internet.

Thank you for your feedback. Understanding that UP TV (the network channel) and UP Faith & Family (the streaming service) are two different services may be the source of your frustration. UP Faith & Family is home to UP originals after they have aired on the network. It is not a live streaming service that shows the same programs that are on air simultaneously--which most customers are used to.

And . . . are the episodes released on the Amazon channel simultaneously with the streaming app? Is there a reason to pay two subscriptions (Amazon and the App)?

Can you please tell us when season 11 of Heartland will be available on the Up Family and Faith? If it aired on the Up network channel on the 28th when will it be available for us to watch with our Roku or Amazon

I am having the same issue. I have Xfinity cable and the Up channel. We are currently recording ALL episodes and for some reason it never caught episodes 1-10 of Season 11. My daughter has been waiting for months to watch season 11 and they never aired 1-10 episodes ONLY 11-18. How do I get 1-10?

I saw it on UP Faith and Family. Watched e: 16 on Sunday, May 13. Also watched all episodes 1 through 15 on same service.

@gwaynet1 yes, that's the information we needed. We will speak with Roku as those episodes were never to go up. Season 11 is set to be up on the service late 2018.
