Just another comment - I subscribed through Roku originally, and Roku charges an additional fee - not sure if it is for taxes, or what. I want to subscribe, but directly through UPTV. If that doesn't work,I will not subscribe to the channel. Roku was not up front with the additional fees.

Up us losing tons of business due having to activare roku over and over again

I was billed by ruku & up one says tslk to the other. Blah blah blah. So done called my card and stop payment on both.

I have been subscribed to UP Faith & Family for months. $5.99 has been taken out of our account every month. However, when I sign in, I am unable to view any programs. I keep getting a page that says subscribe or request a 14 day trial subscription. I have sent emails from the “contact us“ page, but I am not getting any help!

I'm having the same issues as everyone else. Roku charged my acct and so did up faith and family last month. And I cant get on to watch it. I'm ready to cancel. And when I had it half the time it would stop during the movie

I paid for a subscription. I can watch it on my phone but I can't watch it on my Roku on my TV and I don't understand why there is an up faith and family Roku channel
