I emailed you on 4/16/2020 to cancel my subscription well before my 14 day trial was done! No one emailed me back, I contacted Apple and they show I have to cancel through you and now today I see my bank account was charged!!!! I need this reversed and my account cancelled.

This is very strange that u guys would make this very complicated to cancel your subscription. I have never had to email a company to cancel my subscription. Netflix & Hulu once u hit cancel it’s canceled. I canceled mine on my account & on my Apple phone & still got charged. Kinda seems sketchy as if it’s showing canceled so people think it’s really canceled & there getting charged & don’t know it. Not everyone pays attention so that’s free $ for u guys! 🤔
