Hi Andi - We are sorry to see you go. To cancel your monthly subscription, go to https://upfaithandfamily.com/ and login in with your account user name and password. Once logged in, please click the account icon in the upper right hand corner. This is a circle with you your first initial in it. Choose settings from drop down. When at the settings page, choose""Purchases."" On this page either select ""Pause subscription"" or ""Cancel subscription""
Please NOTE: For any subscriptions obtained via in-app purchasing through a 3rd party such as iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, and Roku, you will need to reach out to the respective party for a cancellation to processed.
Should you wish to renew your subscription at a later date, you can use the same account credentials if you wish.
