5. Once logged in, visit this special link: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/activate and enter the code from your TV screen. Select Submit and the channel will update within a few seconds for you to begin streaming.
So my Samsung SmartTV was logged out of the app and I’m being redirected to activate the device again. When I head over to my.upfaithandfamily.com/activate, I can either create an account or login. As I have an account already, I log into my account and receive the message that I am already a subscriber and to hit the start watching button. I have tried the website menu options to see if I can add a device from my account but do not see an option. This is frustrating.
