The Clampetts discover that the swamp behind their home is full of oil. Striking a deal with an oil company, they become millionaires and take their earnings to Beverly Hills, California.
TV-PG. Jed tries to cheer up Granny by pretending to be sick so she can doctor him up.

TV-PG. After being convinced that Elly is on the cutting-edge of fashion, Cynthia Fenwick makes her wealthy mother dress in the "Clampett Look" when they visit the family.
TV-PG. Jethro decides he wants to go a-courtin'. After Jed educates him on the matter, Jethro happens to find a woman - a stripper.
TV-PG. Jethro convinces himself he's in love with Chickadee Laverne, a stripper he met at the bank.
TV-PG. The Clampetts receive an overdraft notice from the bank intended for a deadbeat actor named J.D. 'Jake' Clampett, after he gets their bank statement and starts to shell out money.
TV-PG. Jake Clampett tells Jed he's his cousin. Jake is welcomed into the Clampett home and soon has everyone but Jed imagining themselves in movie roles.
TV-PG. Mrs. Drysdale has a garden party and "invites" the Clampetts by mistake. The real party starts when Granny fires off a gunshot.
TV-PG. Mr. Drysdale needs investors for his real estate development. He enlists the widowed Mrs. Fenwick and aims to seal the deal by hitching her to Jed.
TV-PG. The Clampetts decide they need to get a taste of culture to fit into the high-class, high-brow Beverly Hills.
TV-PG. Mr. Drysdale's idea of good christmas presents are fit for coastal California. Granny doesn't quite know what they're all about.
