I'm still waiting on the rest of season 7. Apparently from what I read it's not released until all episodes have aired. I will be CANCELING the service. It is foolish of me to continue to pay for this when we can't watch what we want within a day of it being aired on TV.

Season 8 episodes will start on the service July 5, 2019. Since UP Faith & Family is not an On Demand/Live streaming service, we have to wait a few months after they air on UPtv before they stream on our service.

I looked on the app today for season 8 of bringing up bates and it’s not there it stops at season 7. Season 8 is not on the app like the above comment has said. Is it coming on a different date?
You LIED to shut up the viewers. It is now July 6 and no season 8. This is false advertisement and I am reporting y’all to the better business bureau.
I wish I'd known season 8 wouldn't be available to watch right now. Never would of paid for a month subscription. It needs to be advertised better that you can't watch episodes as soon as they air. Very misleading to your customers.
You guys are playing this streaming game wrong. Subscribers to your channel are usually here for just one or two shows. They have figured out that they can just watch for season releases and pay for, at most, four months of service per year - but usually just one or two.
If you keep content current, people will stick around month after month. I just signed up for the free trial, and am planning to binge watch BuB in the next 14 days. Then, once the first half of season 8 is out, or maybe not until the whine year is out (because at that point, there's no urgency,) I'll pay for one month and then cancel.
You are literally doing this exactly the wrong way, unless you're trying to lose money and annoy viewers.

A new Bates Season 7 episode is released each Friday. Episodes 1 - 26 are on the service at this time. Let us know if you're having trouble finding them.

how come not all of season 7 is out on the app ?? I pay each month to watch and I’m not getting my money’s worth..
Right I’m wondering this too as they stated to a few people that all of season 7 would be available in Jan 2019 it is now March and only part of the season available. Seems like they are way behind the times as far as apps services go every other channel app we have has airing the next day for shows
I doubt they even care.. which is disappointing as I’ve emailed multiple times and never heard from anyone
I’m so disappointed in this service.. I’m about to just purchase the season so I can stream after it’s uploaded to amazon or iTunes instead of waiting over 6 months for the new episodes to stream on your app. This service is a complete joke in my honest opinion
When is season 8 going to be released of bringing up bates? I have read all the comments on your programming and I have TOLD several not to subscribe to ur service due to misleading advertisement on your programming. It takes 6 months to a year for you to offer what is actually on your lineup when your advertisement shows up to date programming. This is actually lying to get people to subscribe. I have breast cancer and I am forced to be inside for 3m until my immune system gets better. SO STUPID ME, I subscribed to your service because my cable company doesn’t off you. So much to my disappointment there is NOTHING new and you DON’T update your programming so it makes me wonder since you are a Christian based company what else will you do. I know my comment will be ignored just like you have ignored all the others. Great way to be business (SARCASTICALLY)!!!!
STILL BEING IGNORED!!! With no answers. I seen you said Season 8 will loaded July 5 and it is July 6. More lies to the viewers. Maybe the Bates family would like to how you treating your viewers and there lies you have told to them.
The email they sent out said the first episode of season 8 will air July 12.
