I have been billed,thru roku.and it says I'm signed in but cant accsess anything.roku says it's up and up says its roku.tried cancelling and signed up again,but I'm billed and paying thru their billing cyle.nobody wants to fix this yet they had no problem getting there mo.fee,they dont care that the channell doesnt work.ive had 20 emails between roku and up cuz lord knows there isnt a live person at either end spent hrs trying all the things they told me to try.MOST IMPORTANT THEY JUST DONT WANT TO HELP FIX THE PROBLEM.IT WAS EASY TO PAY FOR THOUGH.I LOVE THIS CHANNELL BUT VERY DISGUSTED BY THE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE
