I did contact Roku, and it was a 2 hour session trying to fix it. They told me to contact VHX but i have never had an account with them. I did contact them. They said that they show I am inactive. I sent a copy of my paid invoice I had from my account on Roku showing it was paid. I have emailed Roku, talked with them again today. They said the invoice is paid and sent to UP. I have never had a problem until now. I do not know what to do and I am so frustrated. I enjoy my UP channel and i am locked out. Help
I had the same problem Pamela. I activated it, canceled subscription, resubscribed, reactivated the app 3 times. Contacted Roku, spent 2 hours trying to fix it with Roku since Thursday. Nothing has worked. I even emailed a copy of my paid subscription to VHX and nothing still. So i called Roku today and cancelled my subscription and they are refunding me the money. He said fir me to go direct thru UP Faith and Family. I have not done it yet in fear of it not working. Hope you can get it to work
