I have paid my subscription on roku but the app is not working. Is UP having problems?

I did contact Roku, and it was a 2 hour session trying to fix it. They told me to contact VHX but i have never had an account with them. I did contact them. They said that they show I am inactive. I sent a copy of my paid invoice I had from my account on Roku showing it was paid. I have emailed Roku, talked with them again today. They said the invoice is paid and sent to UP. I have never had a problem until now. I do not know what to do and I am so frustrated. I enjoy my UP channel and i am locked out. Help
