I agree on the movies and on my new built in roku tv when I play up on there the sound quality is so bad just on this app that I have to put my tv at 100% literally to hear my favorite movie and then I turn to a different app on the tv and it blasts everyone in the house and I checked and it is not the tv it is only the up app!
