I am reading that my subscription includes up to six users. How do I set that up? I cannot find any options for sharing.
Hey there! You would use the same log-in. You can use your log-in on three devices every six hours.
Can two different devices be signed in and watching different shows at the same time?
You can view the service from as many as 3 separate devices within a 6 hour period. To get UP Faith & Family on other devices, simply download the UP Faith & Family applications on available platforms, select “login” and use your UP Faith & Family account credentials to play content.

We recently purchased a one year subscription to UP. The service is hooked up to three televisions in the house. My wife and I are retired and no one else lives with us so only one TV is watched at any time. Are we permitted to share our login with my wife's brother in N. Carolina? We live in Florida. Please advise.

I'm sorry.i think I must be a little thick in the head. Three simultaneous screens within a six hour period. I don't understand the six hour period. I travel a lot and sometimes use a Roku I take with me, a phone and a tablet. So if my wife is home on one TV and my granddaughter is on one screen and I start watching on my phone. If I want to switch to my roku I would need to wait six hours after I turn off my phone/UF&F to start watching on the Roku? Or if my wife stopped watching in the living room and wanted to finish a movie in the bedroom she would need to wait 6 hours? It's not necessarily 3 simultaneous devices? Is that the way it works? Thanks.
Hi Jeffery,
You will need to make sure you log out of one of your 3 devices so you can log into another device.
Thanks. I think the mention of 6 hours is what I didn't understand. Do systems automatically logoff after 6 hours and force another login?
Love the service.
Thanx, Jeff
Allowing multiple profiles would be nice so that each family member can have their own list of shows. It gets confusing when 2 people are watching the same show and you lose track of where you left off. Multiple devices is not the same as multiple profiles.
I agree, we both watch the same shows but we are not on the same episodes. Really confusing. All the other streaming apps have multiple profiles. Disney, Starz, Netflix.
Please, please, please enable the capability of creating separate profiles. It makes it easier for more than 1 person to watch the same show as another and not lose their place in a series and/or episodes. It would be a great feature!
