I submitted an email to cancel my subscription

I have cancelled this several times and I have not used my 14day trail but got charged anyway, this company is a ripoff and need to be reported to the BBB, I want my refund back immediately.

Good morning, I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I cannot watch movies on your site. The movie starts playing then it buffers and never comes back on. Totally disappointed.

I tried to cancel before my 14 days and they still took out the money they are a fraud that's why I'm just dealing with my bank.

I've tried so many times to cancel instead I keep getting billed though I am not allowed to watch anything anymore because upfaithand family claim to have gone through with the cancellation. They then said it was Roku billing me which I have evidence of this being false. The email system is highly flawed as well. I have been told I will be continued to be billed and denied refund even though I no longer have this service.

I canceled my subscription the day I signed up for a trial. Yet I have received an email stating you have attempted to process a payment numerous times. How can I check again to be sure I have canceled?
