I have been trying to cancel my subscription to up the faith and family doing everything they say to do they say I can log in and check the blue dot and cancel there only thing that comes up is sing out nothing else I guess that I will have to go to my credit card and cancel that way frustrated

Please address this problem. No customer service telephone number is ridiculous. How can you run a business when customers cannot talk to you. FAQ, Help and Contact Support are ridiculous substitutes for real conversation.
Hey Candace! We understand it must be frustrating to be charged twice! Typically this happens when UP Faith & Family subscribers have accidentally made a second account somewhere. In order to find your second account and get it canceled, please fill out the form here: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/contact/support They will ask you for the card that was charged, and then you should be good! Let us know if you have any other questions
