I need to activate my tv the code is BBCC where do i put this code

My Roku went down and when it came back on and I tried to go back it to continue watching the movie the screen said I would have to enter the code DKWD. I have tried to enter it but get a message saying that is a virus to exit out. Where do I enter the code on my computer.

Cancelled subscription, not a trustworthy network. UP takes your $ every month and doesn't care to correct issues. Xffinity, I can watch all new eousud episodes, no problem. And no money to UP TV

Hi everyone, what I did was, went to the bottom of the page and click help. Then go to most popular articles. Pick your device, I click on where it says (using the amazon fire t.v. app). Then click on the highlighted words activate page and it took me to a screen that said code. I put in my code and that was it. Hope's this helps...
