I've been charged the yearly charge back in January and have never been able to watch anything. Can't find where to get my money back or cancel so I'm not charged again this January. It was through something like ott vimeo. It was through my late husband's email account and he passed away last year. I have no access to his email. Please help me get my money reimbursed and get this channel cancelled immediately. Thank you
