I had just received a notice that my account was suspended due to no money in my account. I have a receipt on my Apple Pay that it was paid and my account does not reflect my money going back into my account. I wish there was an easier way to contact you guys to straighten this out.
I have sent numerous of emails with no response. I fI am not going to get my streaming opened for me to watch after payment, then return my money, please. I am going to find another better service. This is the second incident I had to deal with. I really like it because I get to watch my Heartland, but if this is how I get treated then it is not worth the trouble.
