Everytime I try to play anything from the Up Faith & Family app on my fire stick, itbsays my subscription is expired. Its NOT. It's been like this for a couple of months and I'm about to cancel my subscription all together. I'm not just gonna watch it on my tiny phone screen when I pay monthly.

I have been trying to get help and when you respond it say type below the line. There’s NO WAY TO DO THAT!!!!
I’ve been very patient and you seem to have NO problem taking my $5.99. I have not seen one current show on Bring Up Bates, I can’t even watch it on my TV FireStick. I reinstalled the app and now I have maybe 8 shows that come up. My list is gone I need help I need to speak to someone PLEASE!! I will have no option but to cancel if this isn’t handled. Don’t ask me to respond to the text you email because it won’t let.

We're here to help you! How have you been trying to reach out? We want to make sure that we're always receiving and responding to all your questions.
As for Bringing Up Bates, we understand your frustration at not being able to stream the most updated season. However, UP Faith & Family is not an On Demand/Live streaming service, so we have to wait a few months after they air on UPtv before they stream on our service. Rest assured, they will be released to UP Faith & Family before you know it! Right now we have full seasons 1-7 of Bringing Up Bates and the first half of season 8.
