Thank you for being a customer of UP Faith & Family! We understand you are a subscriber of UP Faith & Family through your cable provider. Unfortunately you will not be able to access Up Faith & Family on other devices or platforms as cable subscriptions are controlled by them and not us.

Why are other channels allowed to connect via cable subscription but not you? Bravo, fx, we, MTV, vh1, etc all allow to access the content if you already pay for cable service thru direct & spectrum without paying an additional membership fee. It's unfair to ask people to pay another fee when they already pay for one, it's paying twice.

I think it's unfair to ask customers to pay twice once from cable provider then up family. Other channels like bravo allow you to log in for free.

Ridiculous to have to double pay! Every other channel allows access with your cable credentials. It’s YOUR choice not to do so. I shouldn’t have to double pay! #moneygrubbing #grredy
