I can’t get closed captioning off. Please help

Help, closed captioning on all of your Up Faith and Family shows all of sudden disappeared this morning!!! I watched same show last night and bookmarked then re- watched the same episode next morning and I was surprised that there is no captioning on that episodes and all of Up Faith and family shows!!!. I checked on all of other shows that are on Discovery channel which I also streamed and subscribed. There was no problems with their captioning on all of their shows except yours.
