I'm playing the movies on my laptop. My volume is normally okay with most, like YouTube, but the sound from the movies on the Up Faith & Family seems low even though I have the volume up to 100.
Any ideas on how to correct this? I have RealTek only.
Hi Diane - Oh NO! We know how frustrating having your volume not working. This is likely due to your internet connectivity. Close the application, check your internet connection, and ensure it’s active and working with enough speed. Once that is confirmed, then open UP Faith & Family and try again.
I have the same issue and it doesn't work. My volume is turned up at 100% and it's very hard to hear. I usually turn on the caption but. I'm really enjoying up Faith and family and wish there was something I could do for the volume.
Definitely not the internet connection. I'm having the same issue with UP. I can set other websites to 50 and hear it perfectly, I have to turn UP to 100 and even then it is difficult to clearly hear.
I have the same problem on my TV. Another problem I'm having is when I click on the app I have to go through and get a code on my phone to activate my TV. It is annoying.
I am having same problem, I subscribed to watch movie "Twist of Fate". But it only has music thru whole movie, can not hear any voices, none at all. I did try another movie and it worked. What is the problem with sound on the movie"Twist of Fate". It is not on my end, every other channel works fine and other movie sound is fine. Very frustrated with this!
The volume is very low and I have to turn it up 59 or 63 before I can even hear it on my TV. I also click on the app on my TV and it takes me to the screen where there is a code to activate. I have to do this every time I go to turn on up Faith and family on my TV. How can I stop it I want to go straight to the app and have the movies. I have had a difficult time with this ever since I gave information to pay for a year. I may have to cancel. This is too much trouble especially for an older person. Thank you.
