My wife and I have been streaming Up on our Roku for about a month now, but starting yesterday all videos have this error:

Could not load content
This content is not available in your country

But, we are in Georgia, USA. I don't understand what happened. Please help.

I should note, we don't use a VPN. We have T-mobile Home Internet.
