I'm trying to activate the app on my Samsung tv. When you get to the website it should just be a place to put the code showing on the tv. Does anyone know how to do this? ridiculous

Please follow these steps to log into your UP Faith & Family app:
1. Turn on your device and navigate to the channel.
2. Click the Sign In button.
3. It will give you a code.
4. On your computer, or another device, log into your account here: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login
5. Once logged in, visit this special link: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/activate and enter the code from your TV screen. Select Submit and the channel will update within a few seconds for you to begin streaming.

I did all of these things, but I still get the error message “video could not load or timed out. Please try playing again later.“ There is no “settings“ or homepage on the app on my Samsung TV.
