If you signed up through the website, you'll have to log into your account on the website https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login (keep in mind you may need to reset your password).
Once logged in, navigate to https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/settings/info to find options for pausing or canceling your subscription. Make sure to follow all the steps until you see a cancellation confirmation!
If you don't see the option to cancel, it is likely that you signed up on another platform, and will need to cancel through the Android, iOS, or Roku app.
When you cancel, your video access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be further charged.
