Get the message “The device limit for your account has been reached. Please sign out of a device to watch.” but no devices are signed in.

You can view the service from as many as 3 separate devices within a 6 hour period. To get UP Faith & Family on other devices, simply download the UP Faith & Family applications on available platforms, select “login” and use your UP Faith & Family account credentials to play content.
If you are having issues logging in on one of your devices, please make sure you have logged out of the devices you were previously using.
