Why is cancellation so difficult for Up Faith and Family?

We're sorry to hear you are having issues canceling your subscription. Cancelation can be done from your account in less than two minutes.
- If you signed up through the website, you'll have to log into your account on the website https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login (keep in mind that you may need to reset your password).
- Once logged in, navigate to https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/settings/info to find options to pause or cancel your subscription. Make sure to follow all the steps until you see a cancelation confirmation!
