How to cancel subscription

If you signed up through the website, you'll have to log into your account on the website https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login (keep in mind that you may need to reset your password).
Once logged in, navigate to https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/settings/info to find options to pause or cancel your subscription. Make sure to follow all the steps until you see a cancelation confirmation!
If you don't see the option to cancel, it is likely that you signed up on another platform and will need to cancel through the Android, iOS, or Roku app.
If you cancel, your video access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, but you will not be further charged.
