1. Turn on your device and navigate to your UP Faith & Family app.
2. Click the Sign In button.
3. It will give you a code.
4. On your computer or another device, log into your account here: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login
5. Once logged in, visit this special link: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/activate and enter the code from your TV screen. Select Submit and the channel will update within a few seconds for you to begin streaming.

I have the app on my phone and can login. I have the app on my Samsung TV and when in click on it, it gives me the option to Create Account or Activate device or Explore. I click on active device and it gives me a code but I can not find a place on my phone or TV to put the code. I have followed the advice above but still no help. Please be specific with directions Please. I guess I kinda slow.

Our mobile apps for iOS and Android can also be used to cast to your TV using Chromecast. Go back to your TV browser and you should be logged in to watch.

If these steps don't work, then it's likely that your Smart TV will not be compatible. In this case, you can try connecting your computer or mobile device to your TV using an HDMI cord or casting via Chromecast or Airplay on Apple devices.
