I just recently signed up and I activated my Samsung TV. It lets me watch a couple of episodes of a show and then I get an error message that says “there was a problem loading Content. Please try again later.” and there is a yellow retry button and you click it and all it does is just blink and comes right back to the same error. I have to constantly close my TV (shut it off) wait and then I have to reactivate my TV every single time this happens. iIs somebody working to fix this?
Honestly, if this is how it’s going to be, then I may need to cancel this subscription because it is not worth it.
