We started a trial because my wife saw a lot of stuff she wanted to watch. So I figured we will give it a try. Well we started with heartland season 16 and are having streaming issues. It will act like it is lagging but it is only for a quarter second or so. It is enough to notice. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps several times. The only thing that works is to uninstall the app, reactivate and go directly to the episode and watch it. If you pause, fast forward or back up it starts again. Then start the process all over. We have tried other shows and it doesn't happen. Only to the Heartland programs. I am at a complete loss. Sorry this is so long, but I figured it needed all details. Thank you any help!

Why can’t I find heartland by seasons ? Not very friendly to operate

Much like others on this, we signed up last night to be able to see Heartland 17, but also some wholesome TV. We watched episode one and then a message came over the screen that says “There was a problem loading content. Please try again later”. We retired several times last night to regain access to the app.
We have not been able to get the app to open up to watch anything since then. We are very disappointed.

I thought season 18 is suppressed to be on Up Faith. Why isn't it?

Well, it's been aggravating. I signed up to watch Heartland only to find I am still locked out. I've spent a half an hour trying and am giving up.

Same problem…what do you do to fix it???
