Rated TV-G. Emma's father sends her away to live with grumpy Aunt Delores until Christmas in a town that doesn't allow dogs. On her way to school she rescues a puppy from an evil dogcatcher and meets Mikey, whose mother takes in stray dogs. But, when tge dogcatcher captures their new pups, Emma and Mikey use the school Christmas show to get the town to accept dogs.
