TV-PG. Jeff and Rachel introduce us to their barn manager who is going to oversee their new horse boarding facility. A recap of renovations already completed in the home and then renovations begin with landscaping and the viewing room.

TV-PG. Renovations move inside the farmhouse as the summer kitchen gets a major transformation. Rachel decides that the second story needs to be torn down.

TV-PG. An old shed outside Rachel's house takes on a new purpose. Jeff and Rachel banter back and forth about what to call the shed. A playful competition takes place to see who gets to decide the future of the shed.

TV-PG. Rachel kicks off the tack room renovation before whisking her two boys off the farm for an adventure in Lancaster, PA.

TV-PG. The old school bus is re-imagined when transformed into a chicken coop. Upon cleaning out the bus for renovations, Stephen discovers a cat and confesses his fear. Moving the school bus proves to be an issue.

TV-PG. Jeff and Rachel head to Nashville to talk with a radio station. Jeff and Rachel also visit the Johnny Cash farm. Back at the farm, the crew renovates the exterior of the horse trainer's office.

TV-PG. Jeff is on a mission to take care of a groundhog and Rachel works on renovations for the interior of the office. Jeff and Rachel make a trip to the hardware store and local flea market to find some useful items for the project.

TV-PG. With renovations complete Rachel shows the farm to potential buyers. The crew gets to work cleaning out the barn and building the stage and seating areas for a party. The season closes out with a surprise addition.
