Hi UP Faith and Family folks,
I recently asked through your contact us page about the second half of Bringing Up Bates season 8. The response lacked any detail. I have seen numerous requests on the forums at the UP website and no responses to them from the company.
Your response was:
"Thanks for getting in touch. Our team is here to help with technical and billing issues, but aren't equipped to answer this specific question. As such, I’ve CC’d Up Faith + Family's support team on this message so you can communicate directly. Though you won’t see them CC’d, messages sent in this thread will go to everyone. The lack of visibility is due to the limitations of our support software, but rest assured your messages are going through and being received by the appropriate parties.
We encourage you to be patient while they get back to you, but here's their email in case you want to reach out directly as well: [email protected]

No idea when the rest will come out. No indication at all. There must be some sort of timeline other than "a few months". I couldn't care less if it's a month or two behind the broadcast, just be consistent with the content, please. I paid for a year in advance and there's not much to watch. Most of the movies I enjoyed I can and have seen on other streaming services or from my library. It's hardly "exclusive" content. I'm confused and disappointed, honestly.
The two big reasons I subscribed were Heartland and Bringing Up Bates. Heartland is getting a little long in the tooth, and I've stopped watching it. That leaves Bates, and you've not had and new content since episode 15. It's fine if it's behind, like I said, but keep releasing it. Is there some kind of licensing issue? Digital distribution rights? Are the Bate's demanding more money? I don't get it. A canned response that the streaming service is not the same as the tv channel is frustrating and useless. I've paid for content and I'm not getting my money's worth.
Please give me (and the rest of your Bates fans on the streaming service) a substantive answer and provide the service which we've paid hard earned money for.
