I get notifications from the app like "New episode of Bringing Up Bates tonight!" but the latest one that shows up is episode 15, from September.. I checked in the app, and also on the website on my computer.
Where are these supposed to be available?

I am having the exact same problem and I al so sent them an email about it. As a matter of fact this is my 3rd one about that. I sent my 2nd one about it 3 days ago and as of yet no answer. Good luck !!

The response I am getting from UF&F support team is that they are a few months behind UpTv and that UpTv is live stream and UF&F is not and that it takes a few months for UF&F to get it. Well I don't know about yall but to me a few months is 2 but NO more than 3. Tori had her baby in October or November of last year and I haven't seen any of baby Kade growing up. And if I am not mistaken she is pregnant again. I would know for sure if I could watch it, but..... please let me know when and if yall get new episodes. That is if I stay a member to UF&F. I may unsubscribe and just buy it in February long enough to watch Heartland then cancel again. I told them they were losing customers and asked more than once what happened to or what is wrong with the app and they told me several things to try and no e of them worked.I told them that and I haven't gotten an answer yet.
Newer ones are available on Prime Video-but I can’t figure out how to link this account to that one!!
Same 15 episodes listed for season 8 when I checked it out. It does roll back to the beginning, so it could seem like there's a lot more, but looking at the episode numbers same 801 - 815.
Amazon offers the same UF&F streaming service through their platform. If you have a subscription already outside that it does NOT work inside Amazon. I learned that one the hard way with a different service last year. I ended up being charged double. It was a good thing from Amazon before UF&F had their own Roku App (that;s how I watch it), but not any more.
Still waiting for the rest of season 8.
I have been looking for the rest of season 8 as well. I got the same response. I don't care if it's behind the "rest of the world" just so long as the content it consistent. It hasn't been. Not sure why they decided they couldn't make the whole of season 8 available, even one episode at a time. I saw notices when I logged in in Dec 2019 that new episodes would be available in 2020, but nothing so far.
Disappointing to say the least. It's the only thing we're watching now on the streaming service. We don't have cable and the channel isn't available on our local cable anyway. I can't justify the annual fee for a single show that isn't even available. I'll likely let it go when it it time to renew.
Just cancelled our service. If they can't even answer emails, they definitely don't deserve my money ha.

No idea when the rest will come out. No indication at all. There must be some sort of timeline other than "a few months". I couldn't care less if it's a month or two behind the broadcast, just be consistent with the content, please. I paid for a year in advance and there's not much to watch. Most of the movies I enjoyed I can and have seen on other streaming services or from my library. It's hardly "exclusive" content. I'm confused and disappointed, honestly.
The two big reasons I subscribed were Heartland and Bringing Up Bates. Heartland is getting a little long in the tooth, and I've stopped watching it. That leaves Bates, and you've not had and new content since episode 15. It's fine if it's behind, like I said, but keep releasing it. Is there some kind of licensing issue? Digital distribution rights? Are the Bate's demanding more money? I don't get it. A canned response that the streaming service is not the same as the tv channel is frustrating and useless. I've paid for content and I'm not getting my money's worth.
Please give me (and the rest of your Bates fans on the streaming service) a substantive answer and provide the service which we've paid hard earned money for.
