Myles (Ted Atherton) is angry when he finds out he paid $10,000 for a forgery and vows to find the miscreant who is responsible. But the unit is reassigned when a terrorist threat emerges and Bobby (Rick Peters) ends up fighting to disable a suicide bombers explosive vest. Sue (Deanne Bray), Jack (Yannick Bisson), Lucy (Enuka Okuma) and Troy (Troy Kotsur) are worried about Charlie (Jack Jessop) as he's not himself.
Sue tries to honor a dying woman's request that her daughter's killer be brought to justice but makes a disturbing discovery in the process. Meanwhile, Bobby, Jack and Myles have a good natured competition over who can draw the highest bids as the dream dates for a charity auction.
In an effort to get close to a suburban husband and wife suspected of having terrorist ties, Sue and Jack go undercover as a married couple. In a related case, Bobby, Dimitrius, Tara and Myles discover a previously unknown terrorist sleeper cell but are stymied in figuring out the suspects' plans.
Sue must use her cultivated friendship with the wife of a missing terrorist to help the FBI find him before he makes good on a promised attack. At the same time, Jack and the rest of the team race against time to stop a related sleeper cell from using vials of bubonic plague in a terrorist strike.
