So this makes several threads on Up tv locked. I've gone thru all the same potential fixes and still can't sign in. Roku got frustrated as well. Seems like there would be a point at which Up would have tech support sort out the problem. I'm not resubscribing until I see everyone post theirs was fixed

Update, tried unplugging the Roku box for the night, hoping that when I plugged it back in it would Hard reset the software in some way to get the Channel to actually send the unlock code to the Roku. Sorry to say it did not work!
Everything is still locked! PAID FOR through 4/28/2019! But Can't watch the shows! All have padlocks. STILL! Their software is crap and buggy. And they don't seem to check their email much, and if they do all you get is a canned response.
No way to contact anyone who can fix it. NO PHONE NUMBER! That's really bad people! All my other channels and subscriptions work fine... Its just Up Faith and Family.
Ok, Update, After Several emails, and complaining, They called me. (Squweekey weel and all) I expressed my concern that they do not have a way for customers to call them when they need support whether they fix this or not who knows?. They fixed it for now, But before the end of the month, I will have to unsubscribe, Let my renew date go pass, then re-subscribe again if I want, Has something to do, (Like I said) with there software billing and renewing they send you instructions on a special way of doing it in your email. So anyone who has the same problem should ask them to call you in the email. My suggestion to UP is to post the instructions on how to do this on your site for people having this problem. It would save on many emails and phone calls they have to do. Anyway fixed for now next month who knows? We will see.
Uptv app on roku keeps freezing and roku restarts; also has started ending my session after about an hour and I have to log in again. Last recent change is the start of each show with the app picture, the music (if you call it that) is so loud it almost drives me out of my house and then the volume for the show is so soft it can barely be heard. None if these issues with any other apps

How can I stop having to sign in daily or more often? Programs freeze and then I have to shut the TV off, wait, turn it on, go to the app again on ROKU, probably sign in, then hunt for the program. This happens multiple times a day. Even in the middle of a program, it will stop and require me to sign back in. Close to canceling the subscription if I continue to have to sign in.

I have a subscription. However, when I click on a movie, it asks if I want to start a subscription. When I click on that, it takes me to a screen where I can either get a free trial or "log in". I click on "log in" and it says that I am already logged in, but it will not allow me to watch a video. This is frustrating!!!!
We are streming Heartland via though the air and modem. Modem is set to operate at 10,000 kbps which is sufficient to support streaming with 3 IE machines at a time (according to the provider).
Hulu works fine, as does Netflix and YouTube but UP stutters about every 30 seconds to minute. Is there any remedy to the buffering that will stop this from taking place? We get the spinning circle of death, sometimes very brief, sometimes 10 seconds or longer.
Our platforms are primarily Win7.
On my Samsung smart TV I can't get through an episode of Heartland without it either freezing up on the app, or causing the TV to sycle through a restart. Is there a fix for the app on a Samsung smart tv?
